Certain supplements have been recommended to prevent eczema. Omega 3 fatty acids can help increase the amount of moisture in the skin. Antioxidants help the body fight infections. B vitamins are believed to reduce inflammation.
There is no true cure for eczema. The closest solution is to stop the itch in order to stop the scratching. Even then, there may be many reasons why you are itching! These four tricks may stop the itch and heal the infection which is a good start to a cure.
